Puppy suddenly sick what do I do?

My beagle is 3 months old. This morning she was fine than this afternoon she started shaking, vomiting and drooling. The obvious is Vet but Its Sat eve. No money. She was in the garbage this morning and I put on a new flea collar last week. Me and the kids are scared for her. Please remember that the vet is not an option so anything else you can think of.
