Can't find the right dog breed...?

I dont think you are ready for all the responsibility and work for a dog if you have no time and he's always home alone. Obviously ,you dont have any time. The problem isn't that there are no breeds suitable (i think there are some), but that you don't seem like you have the time and energy to train your dog if you dont want to exercise or be with it that much. I'm not being rude, i'm just telling you this now so you won't have to learn it the hard way.
