As we pass the debt ceiling, why are we still funding NPR and other non-government functions?

No politician wants to step on their masters' toes, so they refuse to end subsidies to industries like agribusiness and corn. NPR is chump change and proof that this debate is about ideology and bribery, not the nation's debt.
